What to expect
- Capital Market Spokesperson: Act as a key point of contact for institutional investors and sell-side analysts, confidently articulating the company’s investment case within the complex Defense landscape.
- Quarterly Disclosure & Reporting: Lead the end-to-end preparation of quarterly earnings and annual reports (e.g. Capital Market Presenation), specifically focusing on key industry KPIs as well as supporting documents like Q&As.
- Consensus & Market Intelligence: Manage the external consensus process and provide deep-dive analyses on market expectations, peer benchmarking, and sector-specific trends.
- Strategic Messaging: Refine the equity story to highlight long-term value drivers, technological leadership, and the impact of geopolitical shifts on the business model.
- Conference & Roadshow Management: Organize and lead participation in international investor conferences and roadshows, ensuring a high-quality dialogue with the global financial community.
What you bring to the Role
- Industry Experience: Several years of professional experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance, ideally within the Defense, Aerospace, or Industrials sectors.
- Financial Literacy: Strong command of financial modeling and a deep understanding of the long-term accounting logic typical for large-scale industrial projects.
- Language Proficiency: English is a must (native or business fluent) for all capital market communications. Proficiency in German and French is a significant advantage to navigate our core European markets and internal stakeholders.
- Communication Excellence: Proven ability to act as a spokesperson, translating complex technical or regulatory developments into clear, impactful investment narratives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of capital market laws and the specific disclosure requirements relevant to high-tech or security-sensitive industries.
- Academic Background: Advanced degree in Finance or Economics; additional qualifications like a CFA or CIRO are highly preferred.
